Description
Hi!
My mom has a room in her condo available to rent. 3 month minimum, preferably longer.
Rent is $1700/month with $1700 refundable deposit
Total move in cost: $3400
She is a very kind and active housemate. She enjoys boxing, going to the farmers market and cooking food as she was previously a professional chef. She stills cooks a lot so looking for someone who does minimal cooking or willing to buy their own mini fridge for their room.
Looking for a quiet, responsible and clean housemate.
Big spacious room with mirrored closet
Shared bathroom with kind SBCC student
Light kitchen use
Laundry on site
Great location close to SBCC
Parking included
Bi-monthly house cleaner
Jacuzzi and pool
Home cooked Thai food
