Description
Hi! I’m 36 year old female looking for a roomate to fill a room in my house on the east side starting 10/1!
Rent is 2100/month + utilities & security deposit. It’s a really sweet space with lots of light and a beautiful mostly private front yard with a pineapple guava tree. A mile from the beach and close to grocery stores. East side is super bike friendly as well.
I’m a somatic health coach and personal trainer/yogi looking for someone else (preferably female but LGBTQ friendly too) who keeps regular hours and lives a healthy lifestyle who wants a calm space to come home to. I enjoy outdoor activities, working out, dancing, playing music, and cooking at home. I like to use non-toxic products and keep the space tidy and clean. Looking for someone who shares similar values and is mindful.
Unfortunately no pets allowed. 😞
Let me know if it’s you!
