Looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home in Goleta? We have an unfurnished bedroom with a walk-in closet available October 5 in our clean, well-maintained 3-bedroom condo. The condo will be shared with two other adults. The bathroom is shared with one other person.
We’re looking for a mature, responsible, clean, non-smoking housemate who is considerate of shared spaces and enjoys a quieter, relaxed home environment. We think this would be a great fit for someone who is fairly independent and appreciates having a peaceful place to come home to.
There is a beautifully landscaped courtyard, on-site laundry, a community pool and is conveniently located near UCSB, Camino Real Marketplace, shopping, restaurants, and other Goleta amenities.
There are two dogs in the household, so we would like to find someone who loves dogs and is okay living with pets. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional pets. 🐾
Utilities: Electricity and internet can either be split three ways or handled as an agreed-upon flat monthly amount.
We’d love to find someone who plans to settle in and treat the home with the same care and respect that we do. Security deposit required.
