Description
Lovely room with plenty of natural light and garden views in my 4-bedroom home in the Turnpike area. The room has brand new flooring, fresh paint and new blinds. We are looking for a female roommate, nonsmoker. This bedroom and living arrangement is perfect for a UCSB student or professional. All utilities, Wi-Fi and gardener are included, full access to kitchen, laundry and back yard. Share the bathroom with one other female roommate.
I own and live in the house with my daughter and a roommate. My older daughter lives in the attached ADU and she and I both work remotely at home.
Please no pets, as we already have 2 dogs and a cat. We are conveniently located near shopping, bus and bike path in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Rent is $1300, security deposit $1000.00
