It has a decent sized side yard for Santa Barbara and a front porch with seating. There is driveway parking but the spots are seniority based. There are three but they're all taken at the moment. If someone with the spot moved out, it would become yours.
The room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished for an extra $100/mo. (Bed, curtains, rug, desk, night stand). The available room is unfurnished and mirrored version of the one pictured (same size, colors, closet/dresser on the left instead of right -- currently has a tenant so I don't have a pic of it empty).
