Sublease for a shared room

I’m offering a sublease on behalf of my daughter. Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances (Job promotion to North Goleta and a break from school), she has to let her room rental go. It is in a cute second story apartment unit with three large double occupancy bedrooms. The condo has loft ceilings and a spacious covered patio. Her room is rare in that it has an en suite bathroom, private to her and her roommate, as well as a second mini balcony. The apartment is located in the 1220 San Andreas complex central to Downtown and SBCC. There are eight months remaining on her lease. The rent is $1375 with utilities included, but because it is urgent if you take over the lease by October 1, she will offer you a $1500 cash signing bonus.
