The room is 12’ x 11’ with a large closet and skylight. It can be empty or partially furnished as shown. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person.
The house has two living rooms, a formal dining room and a huge backyard. Brand new washer and dryer. Lots of storage space in the garage and newly installed shed. Unlimited parking on the street and no street sweeping.
I am the owner of the house, 38M and I work 8-5pm in Goleta. The other roommate is 39M and manages a restaurant downtown. We are both active and social, and enjoy cooking meals and having friends over for BBQs. We like to have fun, but this is not a party house. Looking for someone with a full-time job who is easy going, tidy and will respect the space.
We have one dog here and would consider another well behaved pup. Sorry no cats, I am allergic.
Rent is $750 + 1 month deposit and includes all utilities. Rent is month to month and the room is available immediately. Open to shorter term tenants or those here on work assignments.
