We are looking for a new roommate for our 4-bedroom house in a very nice and quiet yet accessible part of Goleta.
Living room, kitchen, front and backyard are available to all four of us.
We are all respectful and quiet, employed professional guys and we are hoping to find someone alike. Long term would be ideal.
The bedroom is 12’x11’ with its own closet and sliding doors to the backyard. The bathroom is shared with two other males. Brand new bathtub and tile work.
Rent is $1025 per month plus utilities (electric, water, gas, trash, and internet), and initial $925 deposit.
Off-street parking is available, but there’s also plenty of space on the street.
Washer and dryer in the house, and extra storage space is available in backyard sheds.
We have a couple of fruit trees, and our backyard has plenty of space to relax.
Non-smokers highly preferred. No pets
Our roommate has to suddenly move out so the bedroom is available October 1 upon landlord’s approval.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood right off Fairview Avenue and it’s in walking distance of Fairview shopping center, Albertson’s, Trader Joe’s, and in biking distance of pretty much everything. About 2 miles from UCSB, Costco and the DMV.
