This room is perfect for a long term rental, and is a one year or hopefully much more Lease. The room shares a bathroom with one other person. (ME) I am in my 60's and have a sink in my own room, so it is only shared a little, the bathroom is VERY clean. The carpet is almost NEW in the room as is the paint. It has its own mini split A/C and Heating for the room which can be seen in a picture. It has a small walk in closet, that connects on that side to the bathroom. The Bathroom also connects on the hall on the other side.
The home is completely furnished EXCEPT THE BEDROOM which is completely UNFURNISHED. You have full use of a nice living room, a kitchen with everything you want including two refrigs, RO water, and even A/C in the living room. This includes Utilities, Washer/Dryer, internet, TV,... and a maid that comes once every two weeks for the common areas.,,It is available Now.
In back is a nice little patio, with a BBQ and fruit trees. The backyard is getting a makeover so the house and certainly the back yard is presently a little messy, but putting up with it for a month will give a backyard with new decks, a swim spa,...!
We are not overly loud or overly quite, and not overly neat or overly messy. We are looking for someone similar! I am however allergic to Cigarettes' so it is completely NON-SMOKING!!! It is for ONE PERSON, NOT a couple. In the back two bedrooms (furthest away) I always have a couple nice college students but that means the people change, and it adds some younger interest... This is a LONG TERM lease only, not month to month.
There is a large VERY friendly Rottweiler and one other equally large friendly dog. Expect to have to do a little petting when you get home.
