Welcome to our quiet and peaceful Mission Canyon Studio w/ Loft. Surrounded by trees and located in an exclusive residential neighborhood. Feels removed yet only 10 minutes to stores and downtown. A beautiful 10-15 minute walk to the Santa Barbara Rose Gardens/Mission.
The studio is attached to our family home, but is completely separate and private with your own entrance, bathroom/shower and kitchenette. Enter through your private double sliding french doors into the beautiful space, complete with Satillo tile floors, cathedral ceilings, a skylight and plenty of natural light. The kitchenette is equipped with a small bar sink with storage cabinet space above and below the counter, and it also has a stainless steel apartment size fridge, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate. Total square footage is 252 sq ft. The 72 square foot loft can fit a queen sized bed, providing a nice remaining 180 square feet of living space below. Or sleep in the main area and use the loft for storage or yoga or?
A bit about us; we are a family of four. My husband works at Cottage Hospital and I am a marriage family therapist. We have two children aged 10 and 7 years old. We also have a very loving, non-barking, Golden Retriever and a roaming outdoor cat. We have been living in Mission Canyon for about 20 years and we love it here!
What we are looking for in a tenant: a very quiet, clean, respectful, financially secure and responsible professional to share our special location. Ideally looking to stay for at least 1 year. Also, we will only be considering those with excellent credit.
No smoking or drugs of any kind.
Sorry, there is no laundry use available, but there is a laundromat within a 5 minute drive. There is plenty of on street parking and a staircase leading down our driveway to the studio. Rent includes all utilities and Wifi, except cable. $1,700 Month plus $1,700 security deposit. Available November 1st.
