Looking to rent a petite unfurnished room with a Big view in my home. The room has two windows which gives it an abundance of air and natural light. Also, there is a separate walk in closet. The rental room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is fully furnished and decorated.
The house overlooks gardens, downtown Santa Barbara, and has an expansive ocean and channel islands view. This little 1920’s house is cozy but charming. It has hardwood floors, windows in every room, and built ins. Landscape in front of the house is native California wild flowing plants and there also is a hedged in garden below the house.
You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me, one professional female with a quiet friendly demeanor.
I am looking for one person; she has these attributes:

- Naturally speaks quietly indoors and around the home especially in the mornings:)
- Considerate and clean-will cohabitate in a peaceful manner
- Responsible
- Finically stable
- Sorry no remote work. The room is available for a home not a business. This is an ideal space to study.
